Mitra’s RM5m funding for temple construction questioned

Now every Indian understands why Minister in the Prime Minister's Department, P Waytha Moorthy had been avoiding in clarifying how the RM100 Million fund that was allocated under the 2019 Budget to help the Indian community to uplift their lives.
There were calls made for a Town Hall session but Waytha Moorthy had claimed that the Mitra website shows the recipients of the funds disbursed so far.
Since there is already a discrepancy, it high time for Waytha Moorthy to be held accountable for.
Waytha Moorthy had agreed that this fund will solely be used to uplift the social economical life of Indians and will always be transparent and accountable.
He had further assured that this fund will solely be used for economical and educational upliftment.
It has come to the knowledge that RM5 Million from this fund was allocated for a temple construction.
Since the fund has been misused, Waytha Moorthy need to explain immediately to the stakeholders by hold a Town Hall session. - Mohd. Kamal Abdullah
