After the huge Houthi victory on 28th September 2019 against the Saudis INSIDE SAUDI ARABIA the Houthis again offered a ceasefire proposal AND wanted to release Saudi prisoners of war (POWs) the Houthis had captured in their offensive in Najran.
The Saudis refused to answer to both requests. The Saudis do not even want their own POWs back.
Despite this, the Houthis have still gone ahead with releasing 350 non-Saudi POWs and THREE Saudi POWs through the UN and the International Red Cross. It remains to be seen what Saudi Arabia will do to their own POWs who have been returned by the Houthis.
Instead the Saudis have launched a diversionary offensive against the Houthis in another province called Asir. Here is some news:
