Hot Spots Around The World : Too Dangerous To Not Know About

While we await the General Elections on Saturday (about 33 hours away) there are other dangerous hotspots developing around the world that can lead to massive conflagrations for everyone else.

1. The first catastrophe is the rebellion in Iran. Millions of people in over 220 cities in all of Iran's 31 provinces are revolting against the revolting mullahs. After 62 days the protests are not letting up. The people seem determined.

The mullahs in turn are trying to divert blame and have blamed the usual boogeyman like the US and Israel. Well there has been a slight change. Now the mullahs have issued threats against neighbouring arch rival Saudi Arabia who the mullahs in Iran say is playing up the ongoing Iranian protests on Saudi TV and media.

The Western media in turn have started stirring up threats of an imminent war between Iran and Saudi Arabia.  Imminent being a war might break out between Iran and Saudi by tomorrow morning or something like that.

I dont think that will happen. From a military standpoint, Saudi Arabia and Iran are separated by Iraq and Kuwait (on land) and the Persian Gulf (by sea).

I think that is why the mullahs too are playing up their threats against the Saudis - because it cannot happen. Just empty bravado to deflect attention away from their increasingly precarious position in Iran.

2. Over in Ukraine and Poland the British are trying their level best to expand the theatre of war to intrude into NATO. Like the sinking of the Lusitania in 1915 (which helped bring America into the 1st World War)  and the faked Gulf of Tonkin incident in 1964 (which escalated the Vietnam War) there was an attempt to obviously bring Poland (and hence NATO) into the Ukrainian conflict. HIMARS rockets fired by British "technical advisers" from inside far western Ukraine (hundreds of kilometres from the Russian border to the east) somehow ended up going west (even further away from Russia) and landing inside Poland. Ukraine separates Poland from Russia.

The Poles and Ukraine immediately called upon NATO to retaliate against Russia. However both the NATO military chief as well as President Joe Biden released statements saying there was no evidence that the missiles came from the Russians. Things have cooled down since then but we dont know what else the Brits have got planned for Ukraine.

3.  There is an increasing escalation of violence along the Afghanistan and Pakistan border.

Just today an Afghan Taliban shot point blank and killed a Pakistani soldier at a border crossing.

The Afghan shooter has been identified but the Afghan government has neither arrested him or agreed to hand him over to Pakistan.

A few days ago the Pakistani Taliban, which operates from inside Afghanistan attacked a Pakistani military jeep and killed SIX Pakistani soldiers.

These killings are happening on an almost daily basis between Afghanistan and Pakistan.  It might lead to a war between the two countries.

There is trouble brewing closer to home in southern Thailand as well. and in Mindanao.

We have to watch these things carefully as well.
