PETALING JAYA: Police are investigating a viral video clip in which a man is seen abusing a woman believed to be his wife.
Kajang district police chief Zaid Hassan confirmed receiving a police report on the matter and said that an investigation paper has been opened into the incident, Harian Metro reported.
The 67-second long clip shows a man dragging a woman and kicking her on her face and body.
A girl was seen crying in the video clip as well.
The man is believed to be the ex-husband of a dangdut singer, with the victim believed to be his new wife.
According to Harian Metro, the individual who uploaded the video clip filed the police report. - FMT
