Deputy inspector-general of Police Bakri Zinin has declared the Ops Cantas operation of the police force a sucess, without divulging any numbers.
“Ops Cantas has yielded results, violent crime is reducing,” Bakri (right) said at a press conference in Cyberjaya today.He said the force would continue Ops Cantas indefinitely until “we are satisfied” that the force can “control the situation”.
“But I don’t have any numbers with me,” Bakri said.
