IRAN'S "AIRCRAFT CARRIER" FLEET

 Here is something interesting. The ayatollahs have created an aircraft carrier fleet. They have refurbished container ships and oil tankers and made drone carriers and helicopter carriers.  

The first one here has the complete superstructure of a container ship spanning across the vessel.

I believe this idea came from the ayatollah's Propaganda Department. 

Firstly these converted merchant ships and oil tankers will not have the speed that is usually required of naval ships, especially aircraft and helicopter carriers. The speed is necessary for quick manouevres in combat situations. 

A regular aircraft carrier sails at 30 knots (55 km/hr) and yet :   "It will take the aircraft carrier some five minutes to turn 180 degrees. It is then necessary for her to steam at 20 knots for, say, three minutes head to wind while flying off a flight of machines".

In contrast an oil tanker sails at about 12 knots (22 km/hr). It will take maybe 10-15 minutes for the oil tanker to turn 180 degrees in the water. By that time the war could be over.

Plus there appear to be no air defense radars AT ALL and no Close In Weapons Systems (CIWS) to protect these ships from  air and sea attack. Once an enemy locates them, they are pretty much sitting ducks. The sailors will be sacrificed. 

• Meaning these converted ships are not meant for any real combat. 
• Meaning these ships are for propaganda purposes. 
• Propaganda to impress who? 

Obviously not the US Navy - which will most likely be their Enemy No. 1.
These ships are designed to impress the gullible or simple minded everyday Iranian. 
That the ayatollahs have made Iran into a world class military superpower.  

Gaza, Israel, converted oil tanker aircraft carriers are all  just propaganda to convince the Iranian people that the ayatollahs are the legitimate rulers of Iran. Which they are not. The ayatollahs have no legitimacy to rule Iran. 

Their "presidential" elections are just a sham and a scam. Voter turnout in the last presidential elections (June 28, 2024) was just below 40% (according to official ayatollah figures). The real turnout can be anybody's guess. The majority of Iranian voters do not participate in their sham democracy anymore.

So the ayatollahs constantly look for other ways to prove their legitimacy and credibility to the Iranian people.  

By the way the ayatollahs will not be retaliating against Israel - for exactly the same reason, propaganda. They cannot fight real wars.

Oil tanker aircraft carriers, missiles which miss their targets in Israel, one day advanced notice to the Americans  before they attacked the Al Asad airbase in Iraq are just part of the drama.
