
KUALA LUMPUR: Thunderstorms, heavy rain, and strong winds are expected to hit Sabah until 1pm today.
The Malaysian Meteorological Department (METMalaysia) said in a Facebook post that Tawau will be affected.
METMalaysia said these warnings are issued when there are signs of thunderstorms with rainfall intensity exceeding 20 millimetres per hour (mm/h) that are expected to occur for an hour or more.
