My comments :  The alliances are shifting very significantly in the Middle East. 

All the Arab Sunni countries are teaming up with Israel.

The Shia countries (Arab and non Arab) will team up with Iran.

The non Arab Sunni countries (Turkey) will follow their own direction.  

The Sunni Kurdish will be possibly allied with the US, Israel against Turkey and Iran.
