Najib Razak himself set the RULE that in case of Additional Assessment raised by the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN), one need to settle in full the assessment raised before any APPEAL could be considered.

Many affected Malaysians were faced by this problem and when they approached the LHDN and even wrote to then PM and Finance Minister Najib Razak, LHDN  told those affected to pay up in full, failing which court action will be taken to recover the full sum. Najib Razak just ignored their plea.

But even after full settlement, appeals were turn down without offering any reason whatsoever.

So what if it is a donation, why did you not declare it in your tax returns.

SO, NAJIB RAZAK WHY SHOULD THERE BE AN EXCEPTION, YOU SET THE RULE, NOW YOU PAY OR BE DECLARED A BANKRUPT. - Mohd. Kamal Abdullah
