OSTB : It looks like Indo-China (including Thailand) will become the IT center of Asia if not the world in the future. At least they are setting the stage for them to achieve great heights in IT and computer coding. Plus they seem geared up for the IR 4.0 or 4th Industrial Revolution.

Computer science at primary school level, Mandarin classes in schools etc means that they are gearing up to meet the competition in the future. The future is already here.
Malaysia withdrew from the PISA rankings for Science and Maths. Because every year our rankings were going down and the government wanted to avoid the embarrassment - so they just withdrew from the PISA Rankings.
