Another madrasah liwat case - Court acknowledged offence, Police NFA, AG drops prosecution, victim's mother upset

Aug 2016 mother lodged two police reports 

son consistently sexually abused with other students 

by seniors in tahfiz school

Dec 2016 police informed no further action 

again May 2018 no further action 

Aug 7 court acknowledged offence take place 

court instructed Prosecutor to explain why investigation paper closed 

with no suspects identified, despite victim able to recognise suspects

• two months later Court dismissed case 
• after directive by AG Tommy Thomas 
• AG discontinued proceedings 
• despite court recognising offence committed

mother wrote “final words” on matter 

She thanked magistrate who gave favourable outcome 

had harsh words against prosecutors who dismissed case 

for not prosecuting those who committed crimes against my child

you will also be prosecuted one day, in the afterlife. Be ready

She accused investigators of “showing true colours” 

skipping psychiatric and paediatric reports 

mother said ugly precedence 

bullying, assault, sodomy, rape by elites

will not receive justice despite overwhelming evidenc

• She insisted police did not even follow SOP
• no getting victim to identify suspect
• no video recording minor’s statement
• no getting victim to identify place where offence took place
• she pointed out speculation investigation paper completely empty

• what can we hope from our police, judiciary? 
• proves law skews towards rich, influential, famous, not commoners like us

victim now 13 still undergoing psychiatric therapy to overcome trauma 

treatment scheduled to conclude in 2021

My comments :  Jadi tuan-tuan inilah yang sedang berlaku dalam negara kita. Orang biasa, rakyat marhaen diperbodohkan dan di-pariah-kan. 

Orang ternama, orang elit, orang kaya, orang yang berkuasa, orang yang berpengaruh dapat layanan yang berbeza. 

Cik Puan dengan anak dia ini pula dilayan macam tahi ayam. 

Apa yang saya lihat ialah terlalu banyak kes anak-anak diliwat atau dicabul oleh kaum OWR (Ostard Wal Retard) di madrasah dalam negara kita.  There are too many cases.

Di sini saya ingin buat sedikit ramalan 'tukang telek' - keadaan ini akan menjadi bertambah buruk.
