Shah Hizam, the man involved in a commotion during a stray dog-catching operation that resulted in the death of a dog known as Rocky at Taman Telok Gedong Indah, will be charged at the Klang Sessions Court this Thursday.
Kosmo reported that his lawyers, Rafique Rashid Ali and Mahmud Abdul Jumaat, confirmed the matter after the 24-year-old was served with a summons by an officer from the Department of Veterinary Services.

At a press conference last week, Shah defended his actions during the operation, stressing that he had no intention of killing Rocky.
Shah insisted that he was merely at the scene to execute duties entrusted to him, highlighting that Rocky’s death was beyond his intentions and had also saddened him.
