KUALA LUMPUR: Chaos erupted in Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman (TAR) last night when a Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) raid on unlicensed traders escalated into a brawl.
Videos of the incident, showing DBKL enforcement personnel and traders pushing and shoving, have gone viral.
The altercation reportedly began when authorities attempted to confiscate merchandise from a balloon seller who refused to comply, leading to a struggle.
Other traders then intervened, further escalating tensions until a brawl broke out.
