In the 28-second video posted by user @norsahida89, the lighthearted moment took place during the prime minister's visit to a Ramadan bazaar in Kamunting on March 14.
Anwar was seen engaging with the public, including groups of children, when the conversation unexpectedly turned into a complaint session about the poor condition of the toilets at the boy's school.

The woman who posted the video later clarified in the comments that it was not a direct complaint.
Instead, the issue arose after the prime minister asked about the boy's school, prompting him to share the problem - a moment that has since been praised by the public.
What made the exchange even funnier was that Fadhlina herself responded in the comments after hearing her name mentioned by the prime minister.
"Ok PMX, heard my name being summoned," she quipped.
Many in the comments section applauded the young boy's courage in directly informing the prime minister, which is expected to prompt a swift response.
"Great job, kid! Reporting straight to PMX, action will be taken quickly," wrote @bardtigersevenone.
"Your level is different, kid. Others report to their class teacher, but you went straight to the PM!" commented @KinHaris.
"He went straight to the big boss! PMX is the best," added @Abang MK. - NST
