1. In August 2023 our no nonsense cop Datuk Seri Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain was was made Bukit Aman CID Director.
2. Then quite suddenly in July 2025 he was sent off as the AKPS Director-General (Agensi Kawalan dan Perlindungan Sempadan Malaysia or Malaysian Border Control and Protection Agency). Taken out of the Police.
3. At the AKPS he began making big waves. Now he has been sent back to the Police.
“We have decided to return him to the police force,” said Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail.
This is another abrupt end to his two-year appointment as the director-general of AKPS. His term as the border control chief was to end on June 30, 2027. Another eight months left.
So the good cops get shunted here and there. Sekejap sini, sekejap sana.
Back in 2015 he same thing happened to another good cop former IGP Tan Sri Abdul Hamid Bador. I knew him. Salam brother.
In July 2015 Hamid Bador was Deputy Director of Special Branch. But he spoke up against the 1MDB scandal that was raging at that time. Then suddenly in August 2015 they transferred him to the Prime Minister's Department under Najib.
So why not make Suhaily the postmaster general? Its just a suggestion.
To the PH gomen, you have less than 12 months left in power. My prediction is the General Elections will be held before November 2027. (Your term ends circa February 2028). You are going to get kicked out.
Among the reasons you will get kicked out is this Suhaily case. Have you read that open letter by the G25 in support of Suhaily? That letter speaks for a lot of the ordinary people in the country who appreciate Datuk Suhaily's service to the country.
SOALAN CEPU MAS FOR SAIFUDDIN NASUTION AND MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS
Malaysia sent back 1,476 Myanmar nationals aboard three Myanmar naval vessels.
They departed Malaysia on 29 September. They arrived at Thilawa Port, Yangon, on 4 October.
This repatriation programme involves up to 5,000 people.
Democratic Voice of Burma (DVB) says
400 ethnic Rakhine (not Rohingya Muslims) were among the 1,476 returnees. They were reportedly transferred to military custody after arriving in Yangon.
They were held at temporary facilities in Thanlyin and Hlaingtharyar townships.
Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan told Parliament that Malaysia would seek an explanation from Myanmar over reports that approximately 300 returnees remained in military detention.
He instructed Malaysia's Chargé d'Affaires in Yangon to investigate:
1. Whether the returnees were still being detained.
2. Their physical condition.
3. Their legal status.
4. Whether Myanmar had honoured its assurances concerning their safety.
My Comments:
I say Foreign Minister why do you want to interfere in Myanmar affairs? You have already sent them back. Now you want to complain? So does this mean you will NOT be sending back anymore Myanmars?
Not only is it NOT your place to question the Maynmar gomen but how are you going to prove how exactly the Myanmar gomen is treating those people? How are you going to find proof if they are being given three meals a day, one meal a day, if they are locked up in a jail cell, kept inside a military camp etc.
And it is not the job of the Malaysia's Chargé d'Affaires in Yangon to investigate because he does not have jurisdiction inside Maynmar. Hang tak tau ke? Nanti Charge de Affairs kita pula kena tendang keluar. And the Charge de Affairs is not a trained Policeman who will know how to investigate - other than reading the local newspapers. Which anyone can read online.
Kuda sudah lari lah brader. Baru sekarang hang nak tutup pintu kandang. Too late.
My final question is to the Minister of Home Affairs.

Ok so we have started sending back 1,400+ Myanmars. There were no Rohingyas among them.
My question is about the Rohingyas who are still coming into the country.
Has the inflow of Rohingyas into Malaysia been stopped?
Hello brader Saifuddin, can you tell us how many (if any) Rohingyas have entered the country (or have been detected entering) - whether legally, illegally, as refugess, as middle-of-the-night arrival by boat say in August, September, October of 2026? Or has the inflow been stopped. ZERO incoming?
My good friend Norman Fernandez says this is the beginning of the travel-by-sea season in Myanmar (because of the winds).
November to March is traditionally the main sailing season for Rohingya attempting sea crossings from Myanmar and Bangladesh towards Malaysia because of the fair weather.
And what do you know Datuk Suhaily has just been removed as the DG of the AKPS - our border control agency. Eight months before his contract ends. I can smell something. It is not halal chicken. Or halal kambing. What is that smell? Not very nice smell.
