Guan Eng Kantois IGP And Muhyiddin

PUTRAJAYA: Gaming company Da Ma Cai sponsored delegation led by IGP Fuzi Harun on trip to Turkey, Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng said today, following online pictures showing participants sightseeing and dining in Istanbul.

Lim said his ministry had not paid for the trip, although Home Minister Muhyiddin Yassin yesterday said it was funded by the Malaysian Totalisator Board, a statutory board under the Ministry of Finance.

“The funding is not from the finance ministry. The source of funding is Da Ma Cai, a number forecasting company, so they didn’t get a sen from us,” he told reporters

Yesterday, Sarawak Report published pictures of Fuzi and senior officers on trip.

site said 16 senior officers joined trip, spending RM300,000 on business class flights five-star hotel accommodation.

My comments :  I keep repeating this - there seems to be NO VALUE SYSTEM in our society.

I saw a video today of a Kelantanese guy singing dikir barat saying 'Malu Apa Bossku'. Obviously in support of Super Moron. His Boss is a thief. Basically he is saying 'So what my Boss is a Thief?'  This is too stupid to even talk about.  But that seems to be the morality of these folks.  None. Zero. Tak Ada.

And today too Tin Sadin's son has said quite nonchalantly that he was "forced" by the PAS leadership to lie that it was NOT his voice on that incriminating audio tape (where he admits that PAS accepted money from UMNO).

Well does anyone care? Does it stop you from putting rice in your mouth at lunch or dinner (tengah suap) ?  I dont think so. What type of a sick society is this? There is no sense of morality at all.

And I have said before, the religious people are the biggest liars.

But lets not get distracted too much.   Yesterday Muhyiddin said that the IGP's junkie trip to Turkey was paid for by the Totalisator Board - an MOF company ?? This means taxpayers' money.

I just knew there was something terribly wrong in Muhyiddin saying something like that.

Syukur Alhamdulillah, Allahu Azeem, Walaa Hauula Wala Quuwwata we have a kafir Finance Minister from the kaum orang kafir who spoke the truth.

Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng said the MOF did not pay a single sen for that junkie trip by the IGP and 16 top officers.    Guan Eng has said that a gambling company Da Ma Cai paid for the junkie trip.  Kantoi besar brader. Kantoi.

If this were Japan, there would already be a cleaning of the swords, wrapping white ribbons around the forehead and such.

But this is not Japan. Ours is an Islamic country.  We do not do such things.

N'theless,  the Anti Corruption laws in Malaysia clearly define "gratification".  I was on the MACC's Advisory Panel for FOUR YEARS lah. I should know something about the anti corruption act. Here is part of it.

The MACC Act 2009 has expanded the definition of gratification to cover the following corrupt acts:

money, donation, gift, loan, fee, reward, valuable security, property or interest in property (being property of any description whether moveable or immoveable), financial benefit or any other similar advantage;

b    any office, dignity, employment, contract of employment or services, or agreement to give employment or render services in any capacity;

c     any payment, release, discharge or liquidation of any loan, obligation or other liability, whether in whole or in part;

d    any valuable consideration of any kind, any discount, commission, rebate, bonus, deduction or percentage;

e    any forbearance to demand any money or money’s worth or valuable thing;

any other service or favour of any description, including protection from any penalty or disability incurred or apprehended or from any action or proceedings of a disciplinary, civil or criminal nature, whether or not already instituted, and including the exercise or the forbearance from the exercise of any right or any official power or duty; and

any offer, undertaking or promise, whether conditional or unconditional, of any gratification within the meaning of any of the preceding paragraphs (a) to (f)

The MACC Act 2009 further contains a statutory presumption of corruption in a situation where gratification has been offered or received. This means that the courts are required to presume that the gratification in question is indeed a corrupt gratification which was to serve as an inducement or a reward for or on account of the matters, unless the contrary is proven. As such, the burden is instead shifted onto an accused to show, on the balance of probabilities, that the gratification was not received or given corruptly.

The offence of corruption is punishable by imprisonment not exceeding 20 years and a fine of not less than five times the sum or value of the gratification that is the subject matter of the offence, where the gratification is capable of being valued or is of a pecuniary nature, or RM10,000, whichever is higher. This punishment is equally applicable to members of the public service whom are convicted of a corruption offence.

Now the Minister of Finance Lim Guan Eng says  "The source of funding is Da Ma Cai, a number forecasting company"  .  Funding means money.  This is kantoi.

This is gratification by all the intentions of  the MACC Act above.

Official trip or unofficial trip, lawatan sambil belajar or no, all that are besides the point. Not relevant. Money was paid by Da Ma Cai. Gratification has been received.

So what should  the Pakatan Harapan government do now?

Or will they also sing "Malu Apa Bossku?"
