It is really surprising for Hadi Awang to claim that the non-Malays fear Malays getting together. The non-Malays do not fear Malays uniting but what they fear is that Malays when they get-together, politician start to brainwash the Malays by claiming that this is "Tanah Melayu" and only the Malays should get everything.
Hadi need to realise that this nation is called "MALAYSIA" and it comprises of a multi-racial, multi-cultural and multi-religious society.
The Malays form the majority in Peninsula Malaysia while the Dayaks are the majority in Sarawak and Kadazans are the majority in Sabah.
Since Merdeka, Malays had been given a edge by the Federal government so that the socio-economic disparity among the races could be eliminated.
But until today, the Malays continue to remain poor and still depend on the government and are not able to earn a good living.
Most oil monies have been spent on the Malays and very soon our oil reserves are going to be depleted.
The Malays always think the government owes them a living.
Corruption among the Malay leaders are so rampant that today the nation is in great debts.
ONLY IF we learn to live and work hard together can we see Malaysia prosperous.
The theme should always be "MALAYSIAN" if we want to survive.
All others, should take a back seat.
Can we see Hadi Awang and the other Malay leaders to think this way for a better future. - Mohd. Kamal Abdullah
