Ok there is a new mojo on the block. Lawyer Americk Sidhu who has intimate knowledge of the Altantuya murder case has put up some blockbuster information on his blog Decipherings. You must read it here :

Its not too long so do read it for yourself. Just to highlight a few points.
Americk Sidhu has provided documentary evidence (copies of the Security Guards' log at Najib's house as well as the driver's log for Rosmah's car) which shows some interesting points which were never brought to Court (for the trial of Azilah and Sirul).
The Guards at Langgak Duta
The personal residence of the ex-Prime Minister is situated in a leafy upper-end suburb of Kuala Lumpur adjoining the prestigious Kenny Hills. There are police guards at the entrance 24 hours a day. They keep records of everyone who enters and exits this residence.
Late in the evening of the 19 October 2006 (10.01 p.m. to be precise), just before Altantuya was shot and blown up, 2 Military Officers entered this residence. They stayed until 6.05 a.m. the next morning. Who were they and what were they doing there?
OSTB : Maybe it was an all nite poker game at the Deputy PM's private residence?
Or maybe a pillow party with Witchy Poo followed by a sleep over?
Not likely. Just kidding.
Neither were they extra security guards. Because security at the DPM's house is provided by the Police. Gotcha. Plus I am certain there is no evidence that Military personnel have done sleep-overs like this at the DPM's house before. So who were these two Military guys and what were they doing at Najib and Rosmah's house the night Altantuya was blown up? Perhaps communications, command, control types ? Why did they leave at 6:05am the next morning?
And then here is a very interesting bit about the "missing mileage" on Rosmah's car log (maintained by the driver).
Rosmah’s Driver, Fauzi
According to Fauzi’s log, at 6.45 p.m. on the 19 October 2006, he drove Rosmah from the Deputy Prime Minister’s official residence (Sri Satria) in Putrajaya, in a vehicle No. WCQ 11 (a Proton Perdana V6), to her personal residence in Langgak Duta.
He then drove her to Taman Tun Dr Ismail and thereafter to the Tabung Haji building (where the orphans were treated to a breaking fast dinner), before heading back to Putrajaya, arriving at 11.20 p.m. that same evening.
They travelled a total of 205 kms. The trip ended with the odometer reading at 86197 kms.
Drivers log 19.10.2006
The next morning at 6.32 a.m. Fauzi drove Rosmah back to Langgak Duta.
They began their trip with the odometer reading at 86315 kms.
(OSTB : Untuk perhatian sesiapa yang tak faham sangat omputih, odometer itu mengesan bau ketiak. Lagi busuk bau ketiak, lagi tinggi bacaannya. Just kidding ok. Odometer itu mengira mileage atau perjalanan kereta.)
This means from the previous evening, when Fauzi returned to Sri Satria at 11.20 p.m. until 6.32 a.m. the next morning, this car WCQ11 had travelled an additional 118 kms.
Where had it been that night?
In speculating where the car might or might not have gone the lawyer asks a question: “Is it just a coincidence that google maps tells us the return journey from Sri Satria to Puncak Alam [the murder site] is 126 km?”
(OSTB : Americk Sidhu is contemplating the possibility that somewhere in the night the car had indeed travelled to Puncak Alam, the site of the murder in Shah Alam.) Then Americk recalls that infamous Statutory Declaration by the Moron of Manchester which directly accused Rosmah of being present at the scene of the murder that night:
So these are questions that need to be answered or properly dismissed, in a Court of law.
Here are two other photos in Americk's revelation. The first one here is a guy called Nasir Safar and the second fellow is Musa Safri. They were both key witnesses and present during the events that led to the murder trials of Razak Baginda, Sirul and Azilah. However neither of these guys was summoned to give testimony in the Courts.
Nasir Safar
This man was the driver of the blue Proton monitoring the abduction of Altantuya outside Razak Baginda’s house in the evening of the 19 October 2006. This gentleman was Najib’s special officer of 20 years at that time. Why was he there? Who asked him to observe the situation? Why were Najib’s ‘men’ all involved in this?
Even the doyen of UMNO’s online propaganda machinery, Raja Petra Kamaruddin, saw fit to question this anomaly in an article he wrote in February 2010, published by Malaysia Today. This is an interesting read. It shows how your past sometimes catches up with you in the most bizarre of ways.
Nasir Safar, The ‘Mystery Man’ The Day Altantuya Died
Musa Safri
It must be remembered that the person who was allegedly up to his neck in this entire sordid affair and who never saw the inside of the trial court is Musa Safri. What does this gentleman now have to say in response to Azilah’s statutory declaration? He hasn’t appeared in a mosque seeking divine retribution against Azilah for making a false statement as yet, so are we safe in assuming Azilah was speaking the truth by Musa’s deafening silence?
My comments : Murder most foul has been committed. The 'tidak apa' attitude seems to take these things lightly. As with all other things. The murder is still not fully resolved.
This Altantuya murder case has to be fully reopened. The Attorney General Tommy Thomas should initiate this. But Tommy's contract is ending soon. Two years are up? Tommy has also been doing some puttu mayam-ing over some major cases. Semburit and Rawther come to mind.
The other cases that simply cannot go away are the abductions and most likely mass murder of Amri Che Mat, Pastor Koh, Helmy, Ruth and one more person.
This type of murdering human beings or covering up their murders - as a policy option - must come to a complete stop.
Tuan-tuan kena tanya sikit - menculik orang, bunuh orang, lepas itu cover up kes-kes pembunuhan ini semua termasuk dasar kerajaan yang mana satu? Dasar Ekonomi Baru ke? Dasar mempertahankan kepentingan kroni ke? Dasar apa pula?
The country really needs to close the files on these cases properly and completely. It has to happen now.
