Retraction and apology

On June 17, 2020, FMT published an article entitled “FGV board files police report for CBT against former bosses” (“the Article”).

The Article was premised on a police report made against two FGV officers including FGV’s former chief financial officer Ahmad Tifli Mohd Talha, whose solicitors have alleged that the Article is defamatory of him.

As such, we have removed the Article from our portal and retract all statements made therein.

We apologise to Ahmad Tifli for any distress, injury, embarrassment and inconvenience caused to him by the publication of the Article.
