Ice cream is a DANGEROUS thing…for the brain, especially. High sugar causes dopamine release…putting high stress on dopamine-producing neurons…each with MILLIONS of insertions. It also usually has high calcium (Ca2+), that further stresses your Parkinson's neurons. High sugar causes low oxygen (hypoxia…further stress). It has arginine and lysine…both of which bond with glucose to form AGE”s (Advanced Glycation Endproducts), that cause neurodegeneration.
Yes, I used to crave these things. I worry about cravings…hunter-gatherers used to crave more sugar when they found honey…for survival through harsh winters. But now…it seems survival and health requires overcoming cravings for sweets.
Sweets trigger insulin-release…and insulin ages your cells and tissues…because it triggers cell-division…and kills brain neurons by initiating “abhorrent cell-cycle” (brain neurons aren't supposed to divide and they get confused).
So ice cream may be the most dangerous food…other than sweetened pops, maybe, or sugary donuts.
