Even before the 14th general election, Pakatan Harapan had promised to haul the then prime minister Najib Abdul Razak to court over the 1MDB scandal if it captured federal power.
This afternoon, the former premier was arrested at his residence and is expected to be charged tomorrow over transactions involving SRC International, a former 1MDB subsidiary.
