KUALA LUMPUR: Petronas today announced that Sidek Hassan has completed his tenure as chairman of the board on June 30, fulfilling his extended three-year contract which began on July 1, 2015.
Sidek was appointed as Petronas chairman on July 1, 2012. Before that, he spent 38 years in the civil service, retiring as the 12th chief secretary to the government. -FMT
