KUALA LUMPUR: His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, and Her Majesty Raja Zarith Sofiah, Queen of Malaysia, have extended Father's Day greetings to all fathers in the country.
"Fathers are the pillar of strength in a family and the guiding force shaping their children's future.
"Thank you for the sacrifices, love and invaluable guidance. Though rarely expressed in words, a father's contributions and love remain eternal in the heart," read a post on Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar Facebook page.

The King and Queen also offered prayers for their late fathers.
"May Allah bestow His blessings upon our late fathers, Almarhum Sultan Iskandar, and Almarhum Sultan Idris Shah II." - NST
