Teacher found unconscious in staff room dies

A female teacher died after she was found unconscious in the staff room of a school in Hulu Selangor yesterday.

District police chief M Manimaran said an emergency call was received at 7.15am.

Upon arriving at the scene, police officers found the victim unconscious.

“The victim was taken to Kuala Kubu Bharu Hospital for treatment, but was pronounced dead,” Manimaran said in a statement.

He urged anyone with information to contact their nearest police station, the Hulu Selangor police headquarters at 03-6064 1222, or investigating officer Halim Khan Hazam Khan at 03-6048 1222. - FMT
