RapidKL says the person was believed to have fainted.

The rail operator said the incident on the Ampang/Sri Petaling Line occurred at about 6.35pm when the passenger lost balance and fell onto the tracks.
Train operations were temporarily halted and power to the tracks was cut as a safety precaution, it said in a statement.
It said the passenger was helped by rescue personnel and received initial treatment at the station’s emergency room.
Train services resumed at 6.52pm after inspections confirmed the line was safe for operations.
RapidKL advised commuters who feel unwell while at stations to seek immediate assistance from station staff or auxiliary police officers.
It also reminded passengers to comply with station safety rules, including standing behind the safety line and avoiding entry into restricted areas. - FMT
