KUALA LUMPUR: The Media Prima group has hit an all-time high total Unique Viewer (UV) figure of 12.2 million in October this year, 1.5 million higher than previous years.
More than two million were from desktop viewers, while the remaining 11 plus million derived from mobile users.
Among the notable achievements were Berita Harian (BH) and Rojaklah, which went up by an outstanding one million, and Harian Metro (HM) and Says both increased viewership by 500,000.
Rev Asia, which includes Siraplimau, Says, Rojaklah, Viralcham, Myresipi, Juiceonline, Ohbulan, Mashable SEA, were some of the biggest contributors to this success.
The New Straits Times (NST) garnered a total digital population of more than 1.6 million, with approximately 1.3 million from mobile viewers.
In terms of radio sites, HotFM tops the chart with 72 million total digital population, followed by OneFM with 31 million.
Home shopping network CJWow, which is fast gaining popularity among Malaysians, quickly rose to 91 million total viewers, with 49 million and 57 million, desktop and mobile viewers respectively.
Overall, mobile users contributed most to the success of the Media Prima group this year.
