This is very interesting. Imagine if Sultan Pahang just decrees this island or that mountain as sultanate land? They have so much land.
I suppose there are certain amounts of Federal Budgets and State Budgets that are now channelled to pay for the upkeep of our national parks. That means taxpayers funds.
If the park reverts to the Royal Households what is the mechanism for channelling state funds - both Federal and State - for the upkeep ?
Or will the Royal Family have to raise its own funds to manage the parks?
Will they have to generate revenue from the park to pay for its upkeep ?
The world runs on money.
