Mr Tommy Thomas The SRC Case Is Dragging. People Are Getting Tired.

I received this from a reader. Thank you.

The dragging of Najib's SRC trial is going to work against the purpose of charging him.
.
The trial is in its 44th day, and the longer it goes, the Malays generally would be fed-up and swing in support of Najib. The Malays have never been "long distance" or marathon runners.
.
The fact that it is  taking so long to prove his guilt will make people think that the Prosecution does not have clear cut evidence.
.
This will play into the hands of Najib that the charges are all politically motivated. More so as he currently enjoys total freedom to express his views. Which he has capitalised and repeats the point that the Government  wants to shut him up with the case.

Plus Najib's defence team is doing a good job dragging the case.
.
.
My comments : The AG does not seem to have an SOP how to handle   "I have to go to Parliament to sleep" or 'I have to go to the toilet for a long time'.
.
For a certainty this case is of huge public interest. This is a case of theft. Thievery. It is an open and shut case because the documentary trail and other evidence tracking the illegal flow of funds is a mile long.
.
These are not Hensel and Gretel dropping bread crumbs. These folks littered their path to ruin with whole loaves of bread. They can be tracked down easily.  So Mr AG please expedite the case.
.
Mr AG you have to anticipate.  This is not only their looking at a long time in prison but this is also their political survival.
.
.
So their dirty tricks department will be working overtime to think up ways how to delay the Court even more.
.
In other more "advanced" judiciaries (Singapore, US etc) the judges will be right on the ball.  If they spot delay tactics they will immediately pounce on the counsel. They do not tolerate these silly delay tactics.
.
In Malaysia, "floods in Australia" was accepted as a reason by the judge to postpone the Liwat No. 2 case. I hope you can recall that. It does not reflect well on our judges at all.
.
So please anticipate their next delay tactic.  I hope the Judges read my blog.
