Saifullah Minggu was sentenced to six years' jail and fined RM8.8 million last November for accepting RM1.765 million in bribes from December 2018 to March 2019.

PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission is looking for Saifullah Minggu, an ex-aide to a former tourism, arts and culture minister, to assist in an ongoing investigation.
MACC said Saifullah’s last known address is Km2, Jalan Bubul, Semporna, Sabah.
It urged anyone with information to contact investigating officer Saad Bordani at 012-6965046 or via email at msaad@sprm.gov.my, or Fadzli Alias at 017-2817736 or via email at mfadzli@sprm.gov.my.
Saifullah, 35, was sentenced to six years’ jail and fined RM8.8 million on Nov 20 last year after the Kuala Lumpur sessions court found him guilty of accepting RM1.765 million in bribes from December 2018 to March 2019.
The court allowed him a stay of execution pending an appeal at the High Court. - FMT
