IPOH – The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) is looking for Perak Malay Chamber of Commerce president Datuk Sabri Ahmad Tah in relation to the prosecution of a case in court.
In a statement today, the commission said Sabri is needed in connection with a cheating case involving land development projects in the state.
“Sabri, who is the director of Semarak Sinergi Sdn Bhd, was being investigated in a case involving land development projects and the supply of building materials in Perak in 2014,” read the statement.
The case was being investigated under Section 420 of the Penal Code for cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of properties.
Sabri’s last known address is No 11, Jalan SCI 3/12, Garden Villa, Bandar Baru Sunway, Tambun.
