MCA targets Guan Eng as 'croc' video surfaces, fish swim on roads

A heavy downpour resulted in massive floods in Penang, bringing the island to a standstill.
As search and rescue personnel waded through the flood waters to assist victims, MCA deputy president Wee Ka Siong waded through the Internet instead.
The Minister in the Prime Minister's Department managed to locate a Malaysiakinireport from 2013 and posted it on Twitter, with the caption “Lim Guan Eng, what say you?”
In the report, Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng, who is also and DAP secretary-general, was commenting on the floods that hit Pahang.
Lim declared that if the now defunct Pakatan Rakyat wins federal power and seizes control of the state, it would fix the flood woes in Pahang.
"We promise. If we win in Pahang and if we win in Putrajaya, give us one term and the floods in Pahang will be resolved," he had said.
Lim also pointed out that Pakatan had solved the flood problems of Selangor after it came to power in 2008.
The chief minister, who has been helming Penang since 2008, attributed the floods to the ailing infrastructure in the country as a result of corruption.
In another development, China Press reported that there could be a crocodile in the flood waters of Penang.
The daily based this on an 11-second video clip which surfaced following the floods.

The video shows a crocodile in what appears to be a storm drain adjacent to a condominium.
The video also features a man and child shouting “crocodile” in Mandarin.
However, China Press said it could not be ascertained if this occurred in Penang. -Mkini
Meanwhile, Kwong Wah Yit Poh shared a photograph of a school of Japanese carp fish swimming in the flooded road located a residential area.
