Will Najib Abdul Razak and Arul Kanda wear the MACC’s orange lock-up overalls, when they are charged in court?

On, 12 December, former Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak and former 1MDB Chief Executive Officer Arul Kanda Kandasamy will be charged with allegations of altering the 1MDB audit final report.

When brought to court, the rakyat wants to see them wearing the orange lock-up overalls, of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).

If they do not wear the orange garb, we would like to know, why.

The second condition is that they must be handcuffed.

If they are not handcuffed, then what is the reason given?

Other than that, they must sit in the dock. They cannot disobey the judge’s orders. Charge them for contempt of court, if they refuse to sit in the dock.

HAS THE MACC RUN OUT OF SIZES FOR THE ORANGE LOCK-UP OVERALLS?

We do not believe that the MACC has run out of clothes sizes for Najib, Rosmah Mansor, Rizal Mansor, Adnan Mansor, Arul Kanda, Zahid Hamidi and all Umno-Baru/BN cabinet members, have not yet been mentioned but are being quietly investigated by the MACC.

Next time, Najib need not attend the anti-ICERD rally, which took place  at the weekend; because he should have been sitting at home, preparing for his defence in court.

This is a gentle reminder:

i) Do not forget-to wear MACC’s orange  overalls.

ii) Be prepared to sit in the dock.

iii) Those who are charged must be handcuffed.

We do not want to see two types of laws in New Malaysia.
