Communications and Multimedia Minister Gobind Singh Deo has confirmed via Twitter that he is meeting with Telekom Malaysia (TM) today (July 23) to discuss issues faced by Streamyx users.
Gobind made the post after users reached out to him on Twitter, as TM is supposed to file a report detailing the solutions it will offer to Streamyx user who have been complaining that they are being charged too high for low speeds.

In a reply to a number of users on Twitter, Gobind said he will issue a statement after the meeting. On June 19, Gobind urged TM to pay extra attention to issues faced by Streamyx users and gave the company one month to submit a proposal. TM responded by saying that the company is fully committed towards resolving the matter.
