Since then, no one was prosecuted.
My comments : To say that there was no cogent evidence to prosecute even one logging corruption case in Sarawak is really stretching things too far. That was the age of massive cover ups and political patronage.
The question is - is the age of political patronage really over? Latheefa most certainly does have the cojones to seriously prosecute these cases. But does she have the independence to investigate and recommend for prosecution?
