Perak MB arrives at state assembly meeting in crutches

IPOH: Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu walked into the state legislative assembly in crutches on Tuesday (July 23).

He was seen walking into the Hall with the aid of crutches, while several assemblymen and government officers were seen chatting with him on his health.

In a statement issued by the Mentri Besar's office later confirmed that he was suffering from a mild infection on his left leg due to eczema.

Ahmad Faizal had to undergo three days of treatment with antibiotics, and doctors have advised him to rest in the hospital.

"However, the Mentri Besar will attend the second day of the sitting tomorrow (July 24), and he will continue to carry out his other official duties," the statement read.- Star
