Here is something which I believe I have posted maybe a couple of years ago. It popped up again somewhere.
1. Talmud (Sanhedrin 37a, 6th century AD) : “Whoever saves a single life is considered to have saved the world.”
Quran (Sura 5:32, 7th century AD) : “If anyone saves a life, it shall be as though he had saved the lives of all mankind.
2. Matthew 19:24, "Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of God (Also Mark 10:25).
Translation (Sahih International): "Indeed, those who deny Our verses and are arrogant toward them - the gates of Heaven will not be opened for them, nor will they enter Paradise until a camel enters into the eye of a needle. And thus do We recompense the criminals"
The views expressed are those of the writer and do not necessarily reflect those of MMKtT.
