Woman driver killed, 2 injured in collision with lorry

 A woman driver was killed while two pasengers were injured when their car was involved in a collision with a lorry in Baram, Marudi today.

The Sarawak fire and rescue department said the woman driver, 41, died at the scene. She was found to be pinned in the seat of her Proton Persona. Her passengers, a 19-year-old girl and a four-year-old boy, suffered injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital.

The male lorry driver, 46, was unhurt, the department added. - FMT
