The meeting, which took place in Putrajaya, also touched on the success of the 3rd International Religious Leaders Summit in Kuala Lumpur recently, which successfully brought together religious figures, intellectuals and community leaders from various backgrounds and countries.
"This platform is very important in building understanding, bridging differences and fostering a culture of mature dialogue," he said in a post on X today.
He said Sheikh Mohammad also shared his views on Malaysia's role in strengthening relations between the Islamic world and the international community, including efforts to build bridges of understanding between the East and the West.
"I appreciate the active role of this body (Rabithah al-Alam al-Islami) in promoting moderation, peace and interfaith cooperation at a time when the world is facing various conflicts and tensions that are escalating," he said.
According to the Prime Minister, the meeting also discussed the position of the Islamic world and the need to bolster the strength of the people through education, economic development and mastery of knowledge and technology, in addition to upholding the values of justice, kindness and universal humanity.
