Police say the lorry had broken down and was in the emergency lane at the time.

PETALING JAYA: A husband and wife were killed after their motorcycle was involved in a collision with a lorry that had broken down and stopped in the emergency lane at Km 0.6 of the Second Link (northbound) on Friday.
Iskandar Puteri deputy police chief Saifullah Jaya @ Yahaya said the accident occurred at about 9.30pm, Bernama reported.
Investigations found that the motorcycle ridden by the couple, aged 54 and 53, crashed into the rear right side of the lorry.
At the time, they were on their way home to Taman Melawati, Skudai, after returning from work in Singapore.
Saifullah said the man worked as an e-hailing driver in Singapore, while his wife was employed as a restaurant assistant there. - FMT
