IT’S NOT JUST ABOUT SEX WITH A MARRIED WOMAN BUT HOW MACC CHIEF USED HIS POSITION & GOVT MONEY TO JET SET FOR HIS TRYSTS: IN WHAT INCREASINGLY APPEARS TO BE A ‘SHAM’ PROBE, IGP REFUSES TO TELL IF COPS HAVE TAKEN DZULKIFLI’S STATEMENT

POLICE are in the final stages of their investigation into Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission chief Dzulkifli Ahmad’s affair with a married woman, said the inspector-general of police.
Mohamad Fuzi Harun, however, declined to comment on whether Dzulkifli’s statement has been recorded.
“The investigation papers are in the final part (of completion). We are wrapping up the investigation soon,” he told reporters at the Police Training Centre in Kuala Lumpur today.
He declined to say why investigation papers had been passed between the Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC) and police several times.
“I have no comment on that. There were some results we had to get and some forensic issues that we had to resolve.”
This will be the third time that police submit the investigation papers to the AGC, following earlier submissions on October 17 and 30.
Fuzi, last month, said the investigation papers were sent back to police due to “follow-up steps” that had to be taken.
Dzulkifli is at the centre of controversy after a series of video clips surfaced, showing him holidaying with a woman who is not his wife in Bali.
Police are investigating him under Section 498 of the Penal Code for enticing a married woman.
He has neither confirmed nor denied being the man in the clips, only saying he would not bow down to “dirty tactics”.
The woman in question previously said her recent divorce had nothing to do with Dzulkifli.
The clips were uploaded anonymously on YouTube in October.
In one of the clips, a man who looks like Dzulkifli is seen holding hands with the woman while exiting a hotel in Bali.
The footage is then repeated in slow motion.
Another clip shows the couple in a restaurant.
The video clips have since been taken down.
