PUTRAJAYA: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has arrested the son of Datuk Seri Abdul Azeez Rahim – the same day the Baling MP was released.
It is learnt that the son was arrested to assist investigations into allegations of corruption and money laundering.
Sources confirmed the arrest but declined to elaborate.
The Star learnt that the 24-year-old was arrested at the MACC headquarters around noon on Friday (Oct 5).
