Rosmah Mansor, the wife of the former prime minister, is expected to be called in by the MACC again tomorrow.
A source close to Rosmah said her lawyer Geethan Ram Vincent received a call from the MACC at 6pm today, and that she would be appearing at the MACC headquarters at 11am.
The source said that this will likely be the last round of questioning, and feared that Rosmah may be detained tomorrow.
If Rosmah is indeed detained, she could be charged in court on Thursday – the same day her husband Najib Abdul Razak's criminal charges are up for case management at the High Court in Kuala Lumpur.
Meanwhile, a high ranking MACC source confirmed with Malaysiakini that Rosmah would be called in tomorrow.
This will be the third time that the MACC is questioning Rosmah. Her previous round of questioning lasted 13 hours.
Besides the MACC, the police are also looking toquestion Rosmah over jewellery items seized from residences linked to Najib. - Mkini
