Twins arrested for robbery and demanding oral sex from victim

JOHOR BARU: A pair of 25-year-old male twins and another suspect have been detained by the police for forcing a 33-year-old woman to perform oral sex on them during a robbery here on Monday (Oct 8).
The incident occurred around 4.30am on Oct 8, when the victim was sleeping alone at a care centre at Pangsapuri Panglima C, Bukit Saujana, here.
Johor police chief Comm Datuk Mohd Khalil Kader Mohd said the Johor Bahru (South) police received a report over the incident at 6.42am the same day and took action.
He said based on information obtained, the Johor Baru (South) Criminal Investigation Division made three raids between 7.30pm until 11pm.
."The police successfully arrested three males aged between 25 and 27 for suspected involvement in this case," Comm Mohd Khalil said in a statement on Tuesday (Oct 9).
He said that during the incident, the victim woke up when she heard a sound outside her door, before it was forcibly opened.
"One of the suspects ordered the victim to give up her valuables before groping her breast and her private parts.
"He then forced her to perform oral sex on him while the other suspect stayed in the living room," said Comm Mohd Khalil.
He said that after the suspects left, the victim sought help from a security guard and later filed a police report together with the owner of the care centre.
Among the items stolen from the victim are a pair of gold earrings, an iPhone, a powerbank, and the victim's identification card.
Comm Mohd Khalil said the victim's total losses amounted to about RM2,500.
The twins were apprehended at Taman Sri Stulang, and the other suspect was arrested in Kampung Plentong Baru, Masai.
Initial investigations revealed that the three suspects have previous criminal records, including sex crimes, drugs and robbery.
Other items related to another robbery were also found at the scene and taken away for investigation.
Drug tests also found that all three were positive for methamphetamine.
The three suspects will be remanded for further investigation and the case is being investigated under Section 395 and 377C of the Penal Code.
The provisions provide for a maximum of 20 years' imprisonment and whipping upon conviction.- Mkini
