Suhakam will hold an event to commemorate the International Human Rights Day on Sunday, said its chairperson Razali Ismail.
The commission was forced to postpone the event for 24 hours after the police cited security risks.
Razali said the event, which was slated to take place tomorrow in Padang Timur, Petaling Jaya, would be held at the same time and venue.
