Man buried under tonnes of rock in quarry incident

IPOH: A man is feared dead after boulders fell on him at a quarry in Sungai Raia near here.

A Fire and Rescue Department spokesman said they received a call at about 9.45am and rushed to the site for the search and rescue operation.

"We understand that one male victim is involved.

"We are now removing the fallen rocks to look for the victim," he said.
