The opposition will be organising a town hall meeting for youths and wants Youth and Sports Minister Syed Saddiq Abdul Rahman to participate.
PAS Youth chief Khairil Nizam Khiruddin said an invitation will be sent to the Bersatu Youth chief soon.
"We have planned for the town hall to take place on Oct 6 and we will also invite Syed Saddiq," he told a press conference after chairing the Gagasan Sejahtera Youth wings meeting at the PAS headquarters in Kuala Lumpur today.
Gagasan Sejahtera is a coalition comprising PAS and minor parties, Ikatan and Berjasa.
Khairil said the town hall meeting will also involve youth wing representatives from Umno, MIC, MCA on top of PAS, Berjasa and Ikatan.
He added that the town hall will touch on youth issues such as the National Higher Education Loan Fund (PTPTN), job opportunities and the cost of living. - Mkini
