Karma in action? Tun M who worked to make Anwar fall now falls at home

 

IT ISN’T news for anyone who follows politics that Tun M is pulling up all the stops to bring down the Madani government. We suppose he hasn’t forgotten the utter defeat of Pejuang during the GE15 where his candidates, including himself, lost their deposits.

Sadly, pain and spite are not healthy motivations to achieve a certain goal in life.  Recently, a netizen received quite the attention for his post, stating that Tun M was too busy manufacturing Anwar’s fall that he himself fell at home.

Karma in action? Note that Tun M is now in Institut Jantung Negara (IJN) for treatment. Netizens in the post were having a field day, trading barbs and sarcastic comments.

“Karma for people who do not want to repent,” said @uzirazo3174 while a rather sarcastic @ajim_8 said, “My leg is broken because Anwar does not defend the Malays. I’m sad.”

Another netizen was more subtle in his attack:

Then there was @adangbosi saying that god has given a hint to Tun M to rest instead of being busy about politics. However, our ailing Tun is not without his supporters. 

“What are you making fun of? Who do you think you are? Tun M lived longer than your grandfather. Give some respect. Hopefully Allah will punish you instead,” said @kumohdhaner.

Netizen @mightyunisus further advised the person who made the post to instead pray for his recovery just like what Anwar did.

Away from the snide comments and jokes, Asia News Network reported that Tun M has suffered a fracture in his right hip after falling at his residence.

His press secretary Sufi Yusoff said the ex-prime minister is expected to be hospitalised for a few weeks at IJN in Kuala Lumpur. — Focus Malaysia
