Education ministry sec-gen moves to higher education ministry

 His deputy takes over at the education ministry and four others are named as deputy secretaries-general at various ministries.

Aminuddin Hassim moves to the higher education ministry on Monday, while Wan Hashim Wan Rahim takes over at the education ministry.

PETALING JAYA:

 Education ministry secretary-general Aminuddin Hassim is being moved to the higher education ministry, while his deputy, Wan Hashim Wan Rahim, will take over his old post.

The appointments, which take effect on Monday, were announced today by the chief Secretary, Shamsul Azri Abu Bakar, together with the appointments of four deputy secretaries-general.

Megat Sany Megat Ahmad Supian will take over from Wan Hashim as deputy secretary-general (planning and development) in the education ministry, while Ahmad Rizal Adnan will be deputy secretary-general (policy) at the higher education ministry.

Bahria Tamil is appointed as deputy secretary-general (strategic communications and creative industry) at the communications ministry.

AR Jaya Singam will become deputy secretary-general (investment and management) at the investment, trade and industry ministry. - FMT
