The case will be probed for misusing industrial premises and operating an unauthorised education institution.

Mayor Abdul Gafar Yahya said the operation followed claims on social media that the facility was being used as a school for the Rohingya community.
“The raid was conducted to verify information and assess compliance with regulations.
“Investigations found that the premises had been rented out and used as a school, accommodating 26 Rohingya children living in the surrounding area,” he said in a statement, adding that each student was charged a monthly fee of RM100.
Gafar said MBAS had recorded the details of the owner of the premises and the tenant for further investigation.
He said the case would be investigated for the misuse of an industrial premises and referred to the Kedah education department for operating an unauthorised educational institution.
It will also be referred to the immigration department to verify the status of the foreign nationals involved. - FMT
