A former minister is expected to be charged with graft tomorrow, according to a press invite issued by the MACC.
Multiple media reports indicate that the former minister will be charged under Section 16 of the MACC Act, which criminalises soliciting, receiving, giving, promising, or offering bribes.
The former minister is believed to have served from 2020 to 2022 under both the Muhyiddin Yassin and Ismail Sabri Yaakob administrations.
